Shipping and Return Policy | Try Before You Buy Program

 

  Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm) unless otherwise specified or if an item is currently out of stock. Items back in stock will be shipped as soon as possible and the customer notified.

Carriers

We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Priority 2-Day with tracking number.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Exchanging your product 

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color for free. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be required to pay return shipping and new item shipping postage fees if a second exchange is requested. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 5 days of your purchase for a full refund during the TRY BEFORE YOU BUY program.

  1. Please email support@dragynskyn.com to request a refund and we will assign you an item tracking #. Please print it on the return label when mailing to assist us in providing you faster service.

  1. Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return (or a copy of the original email sent prompting the return) and copy of the the original receipt (sent via email/SMS during original purchase online).

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items returned as "not wanted" are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee that will be charged during the TRY BEFORE YOU BUY program.
