Shipping and Return Policy | "Try Risk Free" Program

 Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm) unless otherwise specified or if an item is currently out of stock. Items back in stock will be shipped as soon as possible and the customer notified.

Carriers

We use the following carrier to deliver our apparel:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • Priority 2-Day with tracking number (Upon request)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping/Returns

The "Try Risk Free"program items are shipped for FREE using USPS Priority Mail. Any item return/exchange shipping postage will be paid by sender.

Exchanging your product

If your clothing item is in "like new" condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color for free. Return postage will be paid for by the buyer. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 5 days of your purchase to get the "Risk Free" return for a full refund.

  1. To provide us better feedback, include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return (or a copy of the original email sent prompting the return) and copy of the the original receipt (sent via email/SMS during original purchase online).

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned. Merchandise that shows excessive wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.
